7-Day No-Need Return:

Yes, worry-free return is a must for online shopping nowadays. However, is it really that worry-free to return an item from customers' point of view no matter who bears the high returning shipping fee? It takes time and effort. It is really troublesome. Customers need to fill in some kinds of return form, go to post office or wait at home for pickup. From sellers' point of view, they receive useless items without any value. It is NOT worth doing so.

To make every customer feel comfortable and safe with, we work out a very-reasonble no-need return policy for product items confirmed with problems.

Reasons accepted for problematic items: Defective products with prominent quality problems
Reasons NOT accepted for problematic items:

2.1: We do not accept subjective reasons for returns : (Not good looking, changing mind, do not like the color, color difference, material not high-quality enough, not as pretty as expected,too large or too small...)
2.2: Products that are unpacked, washed and used
2.3: Discounted products

How we deal with items reported to be problematic:

Our normal practice is that if items are confirmed to be completely unacceptable, 100% of the product price will be credited or refunded without the need to return. Customers have to provide enough photos or evidence showing the prominent defects or problems.

If the items are just found with minor problems, we will consider giving credit or refund of a certain percentage of the product price depending on the extent of the problem.

Since we need to pay for labour, the products and the shipping fee to fulfill an order, we will surely do everyting we can to prevent this from happening. During the procurement process from manufacturers, we will undergo a very strict quality check to ensure all products are at good condition. Before shipping, we will again do a final very careful checking before the order is packed and shipped. We do trust our customers who order from us just like customers trust us when they place orders with us. We look for a long-term relationship with our customers.

How to report problematic items:

Send us an email ( with the following information:

1. Order number and model number of the problematic item concerned
2. Clear photos of normal sizes showing the defect(s) or problem(s)
3. Brief descriptions of the problem(s)

Reporting deadline: Please report to us for any problematic items within 7 days after the delivery of your order. Overdue reporting will not be processed.
